Vellix Ventures LLC, d/b/a The Burnout Podcasts ("we," "us"), operates theburnoutpodcasts.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Information We Collect

Contact details — name, email address, and phone number, when you submit an application, intake form, waitlist signup, or contact form.
Account information — email address and username, when you create an account to check out or view order history.
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe (and, for support payments, Buy Me a Coffee). We never see or store your full card number.
Order and booking history — the services you've purchased or applied for, and their status.
Basic technical data — such as items in your cart, stored locally in your browser (not on our servers) so your cart persists between pages.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics trackers (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) on this Site.

How We Use It

To deliver the Service you purchased or applied for (scheduling, confirmations, session delivery).
To process payments and send receipts.
To respond to your inquiries and applications.
To maintain your account and order history.
To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Site and deliver Services:

Stripe — payment processing.
Buy Me a Coffee — voluntary support payments (governed by their own privacy policy).
Supabase — account authentication and order storage.
FormSubmit — delivers application, waitlist, and contact form submissions to our inbox.

We do not share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember your shopping cart and to avoid showing you the same popup more than a couple of times per visit. This data stays on your device.

Data Retention

We keep account, order, and payment records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to close your account, at any time by emailing support@theburnoutpodcasts.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We rely on reputable, PCI-compliant processors (Stripe, Buy Me a Coffee) for payment data and industry-standard authentication (Supabase) for accounts. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
