Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

"The Burnout Podcasts" is a media and coaching brand operated by Vellix Ventures LLC ("Vellix Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"), a for-profit limited liability company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theburnoutpodcasts.com (the "Site") and any coaching, intensive, mastermind, subscription, or support-payment service we sell through it (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Site or purchasing a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase a Service.

2. Services We Offer

• 1:1 Life Alignment Coaching — recurring private video coaching sessions, sold in fixed-length packages.
• Relationship Coaching — coaching for individuals or couples. This is coaching, not therapy (see our Coaching Disclaimer).
• Strategy Intensives — single-session or multi-session coaching packages sold at a fixed, disclosed price.
• Inner Circle Mastermind — a small-group, cohort-based membership sold per seat.
• Premium Audio — a paid podcast-extras subscription (monthly or annual), billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Buy Me a Coffee — a voluntary, fixed-price support payment processed entirely by Buy Me a Coffee, not by us directly.

Every paid Service is tied to a specific named product at a specific, disclosed price. We do not accept open-amount or "pay what you want" charges through our own checkout.

3. What a "Session" Is

A "session" is a single scheduled, live 1:1 or small-group video call (typically via Zoom or Google Meet) of the duration stated at the time of purchase (e.g. 45 or 90 minutes for an Intensive, 60 minutes for a coaching call). One booked and attended calendar slot equals one session. Written summaries or action plans, where included, are delivered after the session and are not separate sessions.

4. Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice by emailing support@theburnoutpodcasts.com, at no charge.
• Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, forfeit that session and are not automatically rescheduled or refunded, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We will make a reasonable effort to notify you if we need to reschedule a session on our end, and will offer a make-up session at no charge.

5. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Premium Audio, multi-month coaching packages, and Mastermind cohort billing (where applicable) renew automatically at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account — see how to cancel a subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund past charges except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Coaching Services are not therapy, counseling, or medical or mental health treatment, and we are not a licensed mental health provider. Please read our full Coaching Disclaimer before purchasing.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a Service or enter into these Terms.

8. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (and, for support payments, by Buy Me a Coffee). We do not store your full card number. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are inclusive of no taxes unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

9. Intellectual Property

All podcast episodes, coaching materials, written frameworks, and site content are the property of Vellix Ventures LLC unless otherwise noted, and are provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute paid content without our written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to defraud us or our payment processors (including testing stolen payment cards), or to harass or abuse us or other members.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vellix Ventures LLC's total liability arising from any Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
