You replay it
for three days.
You still say nothing.

Across 1,100 episodes the question was almost never why am I like this. It was what do I actually say? So that is the book. 150 scripts, word for word, for the conversations you keep putting off.

Three, on the house

Not advice.
The actual words.

Every entry is built the same way: the moment, the sentence, and why that sentence works when the obvious one doesn't. Here are three of them, finished. Use them tonight.

01

Your boss drops work on you at 5pm

“I can start this first thing tomorrow. If it has to be tonight, tell me which of the other two you want me to drop.”

Why it works You never refuse. You hand the decision back, with its real cost attached.

02

Someone says “you've changed”

“I have, yeah.”

Why it works It is offered as an accusation. Accepting it flatly removes the argument they came for.

03

A parent comments on your weight, job or life choices

“I'm not discussing that with you. How's the garden?”

Why it works Name the closed door, then open a different one. Repeat verbatim if they try again — the repetition is the boundary.

And the next hundred and forty-seven.

These are real entries. The situation is here, the sentence is in the book — and if one of these is the thing you have been rehearsing in the shower, that page is already written.

When it lands

Priced like a
paperback, not
a course.

Read by us, the same voices as the podcast, for the audiobook. No bonus bundle, no upsell, no 48-hour launch price — this is simply what it will cost on the day and forever after.

Ebook
$9.99

PDF and EPUB. Readable on anything, printable, searchable when you need a script in a hurry.

Audiobook
$14.99

Narrated by us. Hearing a script said out loud is most of the reason people can then say it.

Both
$19.99

The pair. Read it once, then keep the audio for the morning before the hard conversation.

The list

Three more scripts,
and first in line
on launch day.

Join and we send three scripts that aren't on this page, then tell you the day the book goes live. That is the entire email programme — there is no weekly newsletter.

Where the book actually is

It is being written right now, in the open. You will hear about it the day it is ready to read, and the price stays where it is for everyone on this list.

What exists today: the structure, and the first batch of scripts — three of which are above, exactly as they will appear. The rest are being written against the questions people actually send us.

If you want one of those questions answered in it, send it to us. That is genuinely how the contents list is being decided.

While you're here — the rest of it
