1. Who We Are

"The Burnout Podcasts" is an independent podcast network operated by Vellix Ventures LLC ("Vellix Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"), a for-profit limited liability company. Our mailing address is 444 Alaska Avenue, Suite CJI007, Torrance, CA 90503, USA. You can reach us by emailing info@theburnoutpodcasts.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theburnoutpodcasts.com (the "Site") and any digital product or advertising placement we sell through it (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Site or purchasing a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase a Service.

2. What We Sell

• Podcast episodes — free to listen to, on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube and elsewhere. No purchase or account needed.
• Workbooks and journals — digital products at a fixed, disclosed price, delivered as a PDF, an MP3 audio edition, or both.
• Sponsorship and advertising — placements across the podcast network, quoted and invoiced per campaign.

Every paid product is a specific named product at a specific, disclosed price, delivered digitally. We do not sell live sessions, calls, coaching or consultations, and we do not accept open-amount or “pay what you want” charges through our checkout.

All prices on this site are stated and charged in United States dollars (USD). The price shown on the product page is the price charged; nothing is added at checkout. If your payment card is denominated in another currency, your bank or card issuer performs the conversion at their own rate and may apply their own fee, which is outside our control.

3. Delivery

• Workbooks and audio editions are delivered immediately on payment, as a download from the checkout provider and as a link emailed to the address you paid with. They are yours to keep.
• If something does not arrive, email info@theburnoutpodcasts.com and we will resend it.

4. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

Our episodes and workbooks are educational and informational. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical or mental health treatment, and we are not a licensed mental health provider. Please read our full Content Disclaimer before purchasing.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a Service or enter into these Terms.

6. Payment

Digital products on this Site are sold by Vellix Ventures LLC. Checkout and file delivery are handled by Payhip, whose terms of use apply to the checkout alongside these terms. Payment is taken by PayPal under its User Agreement, whether you pay with a PayPal account or a card, and the charge appears on your statement as a PayPal payment. Payhip calculates and collects the sales tax or VAT that applies to digital products where it is required to. Vellix Ventures LLC is responsible for the products themselves and for supporting you after purchase. We never see or store your card number. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars; where tax applies, the total is shown before you confirm.

7. Intellectual Property and the Books We Discuss

Our episodes are original, independent commentary and discussion about books that other people wrote. They are not audiobooks, abridgements, summaries reproduced from the text, or any other copy of those books, and we do not sell, licence or distribute the books themselves. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any author or publisher we discuss. Book titles and author names are used only to identify the work being discussed, and all trademarks remain the property of their owners. If you own rights in a work we have covered and believe an episode goes beyond fair use, email info@theburnoutpodcasts.com and we will review it and take the episode down if that is the right outcome.

Our workbooks and journals are written by us. They are original works produced in-house, not reproductions, adaptations or derivative editions of any book we discuss, and none of their content is taken from those books.

All podcast episodes, workbooks, written frameworks, and site content are the property of Vellix Ventures LLC unless otherwise noted, and are provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute paid content without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to defraud us or our payment processors (including testing stolen payment cards), or to harass or abuse us or other members.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Products and Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vellix Ventures LLC's total liability arising from any Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
