Refund Policy

We want this to be simple and honored exactly as written. Below is how refunds work for every paid Service on this Site. If anything here is unclear, email info@theburnoutpodcasts.com before you buy.

What we sell. Three digital workbooks, each available as a PDF, as an audiobook, or as both together — The Boundary Scripts ($14 / $14 / $19), The Burnout Reset Journal ($12 / $12 / $16) and The Overthinking Workbook ($9 / $9 / $12). Every one of them is a one-time purchase at a fixed price. There are no subscriptions, memberships, calls, sessions, cohorts or coaching packages — if you read about those here in the past, they have been retired.

Who you are buying from. You are buying from Vellix Ventures LLC. Checkout and file delivery run through Payhip, and payment is taken by PayPal, whether you pay with a PayPal account or a card, so the charge appears on your statement as a PayPal payment. PayPal's User Agreement and Payhip's terms of use apply alongside this policy, and where they give you a right we have not described here, that right still stands. Vellix Ventures LLC supplies the products and supports you after purchase.

Our own position is that sales are final. Everything here is a digital file or instant access, delivered the moment you pay, so we do not run trials or money-back periods of our own. Please read the product page before you buy, and email us first if anything is unclear — we would rather answer a question than take a payment you didn't mean to make. This does not limit any statutory right you have, and it does not override PayPal's buyer terms: if you are entitled to a refund by law or under those terms, you get one.

Workbooks — PDF and audiobook

• Your download link is emailed by Payhip the moment payment clears, and also appears on the thank-you page. Lose it and we resend it — see Find your download.
• Because the file is delivered immediately, the sale is final once you have downloaded it.
• If the file never arrives, will not open, or is the wrong product, email us and we will fix it or refund it. That is always honoured.

Books bought through our links

Books you buy through the links on our reading list are sold by Amazon, not by us. Returns, refunds and delivery are handled entirely under Amazon's own policies. We earn a small affiliate commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

Billing problems

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged for something you never received, email info@theburnoutpodcasts.com with your name, the email used at checkout and the order date, and we will put it right. Vellix Ventures LLC is the seller; PayPal takes the payment through Payhip. You can also raise a billing problem with PayPal directly in its Resolution Center. Where a refund is due under this policy, under PayPal's buyer terms or by law, it is paid to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please contact us first — we'll resolve it quickly and honor this policy exactly as written. Filing a chargeback before reaching out delays resolution on both sides.
