Find your download
Closed the tab, lost the page, new laptop — it doesn’t matter. Your file is still yours. Here is where it is, and what to do if it isn’t.
1. Search your inbox for “Payhip”
Your download email comes from Payhip the moment you pay, with the file link inside it. Search the address you paid with, and check Spam and Promotions — that is where it usually hides.
2. Still got the PayPal receipt?
PayPal sends its own receipt in a separate email. The download link is not in that one, but the receipt proves the order, which is all we need to send the file again.
3. Not there? We resend it.
Tell us what you bought and the email you paid with, and we’ll send the file again the same day. No order numbers needed.
Bought it a while ago and the link in the email has stopped working? Same answer — tell us what you bought and we’ll resend it.
